April is an insane month for me - my birthday was on the third, a bunch of my friends have April birthdays, and my Mom, Grandma, and my Grandpa’s girlfriend, Betty, share a birthday on April 6th. School on my birthday was great; lots of hugs, lots of cards, not to mention I had the last two periods of the day free so I got to spend time with my best friend Elise in the school “make-up” room taking pictures. Since I was grounded on my birthday this year, it was a really nice “present” to be allowed to spend the day with my boyfriend (who I hadn’t seen in 3 weeks). We went to his house afterschool to pick up the presents he got me (an amazing garnet necklace, my favorite candy - Mike and Ikes, and a fish!). After that we went to the beach, and then went out to dinner with my family that night.
